The exact list of pincodes we cover is set in the delivery zones on the storefront, so put your pincode into the delivery checker before you shop and it will tell you straight away whether we reach you.
We do not ship outside this area and we do not use courier or parcel services. Every order is carried by our own riders, because fresh bakes do not survive a courier network. If you are just outside the area, call us — sometimes we can still work something out.
You pick a delivery date and a time slot at checkout. Only slots that are still open and still have capacity are shown, so whatever you can select is a slot we can genuinely bake for. Slots close once the kitchen has committed that batch, which is why a slot you saw in the morning may not be there in the evening.
Same-day slots appear only while there is still baking time left in the day. If none are showing, the earliest date we can do is the first one offered in the date picker.
The rider will call you when they are close. If nobody is available to take the delivery, the rider waits a short while, tries your phone, and then brings the order back to the bakery — we will call you to sort out what happens next.
The delivery charge depends on your delivery zone and is always shown in the order summary before you pay — there are no charges added after checkout. Orders above the free-delivery threshold shown on the storefront are delivered at no charge. Prices and charges are in Indian rupees and include GST.
Weather, traffic, and the kind of festival rush that empties an oven can push a delivery late. We will tell you as soon as we know rather than let you sit and wonder. If a delay means the order is no longer any use to you, we will cancel it and refund it in full under our cancellation and refund policy.
Please check the address, pincode and phone number before you pay. A wrong or incomplete address is the single most common reason a delivery fails, and once a rider is on the road we cannot always redirect them. If you spot a mistake, call us immediately — while the order is still in the bakery we can fix it.
