You must be 18 or older to order. Use the site for buying bakes, not for scraping it, probing it, overloading it, or reselling what we make without our agreement. The product photographs, text, recipes, and branding on this site are ours; please do not copy them.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract exists only once we confirm the order. Until then we may decline it — most often because an item has sold out, a delivery slot has filled, the address falls outside the area we deliver to, or the price shown was plainly wrong. If we decline after you have paid, you get the full amount back.
Order confirmations, status updates and receipts are sent to the phone number or email on your account, and every order is visible on your order page.
Everything we bake is made in one kitchen that also handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy and nuts. We list the ingredients and allergens we know about on each product, but we cannot promise any item is free of traces of any of them. If an allergy is severe, please call us before ordering rather than relying on the listing alone.
Our bakes are fresh and made without long-life preservatives. Follow the storage and best-before guidance we give with the order; we cannot be responsible for a product kept badly after it reaches you.
Photographs are of the real product but decoration varies a little from bake to bake, and a garnish may change with what the market has that morning.
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST at the rate shown at checkout. Any delivery charge is shown in the order summary before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order that is already confirmed.
Payment is taken through Razorpay — card, UPI, netbanking or wallet — or in cash on delivery where that option is offered for your order. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials. If a payment fails, is charged back, or is reversed, we may cancel the order.
Delivery areas, slots and charges are set out in our shipping and delivery policy. Cancellation windows and refund timelines are set out in our cancellation and refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details and one-time codes to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. We may suspend or close an account used fraudulently, to abuse our staff or riders, or to place orders with no intention of paying or receiving them.
We will bake and deliver your order with reasonable care and skill. Where something goes wrong that is our fault, our liability for that order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by things outside our reasonable control — weather, strikes, power or network failure, or a public authority closing the roads.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the food safety laws that apply to us.
Complaints go to our grievance officer, NEEDS INPUT, at NEEDS INPUT. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to close the matter within 30 days, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require.
We may update these terms; the version in force when you place an order is the one that governs that order. The effective date at the top of this page tells you which version you are reading.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
